I *heart* John Kerry

I have to admit that even I have been beat down by the Bush campaign. I had a nagging listlessness and resignation to another four years of leadership by that f-wit, but after the debates last night, I have a completely re-newed optimism and hope that Kerry can indeed win.

Bush fared better than I had hoped but still not as clear and crisp as Kerry, who was near the best I have ever seen him.

As much as I loathe the polls, I am eager to see how this affects Kerry's standings.

If under Saddam it was a 'potential' threat, under the Americans it has been transformed to 'imminent and active threat,' a foreign policy failure bound to haunt the United States for decades to come.
