New Work: Dell / Dexter
I have finally gotten around to updating my personal reel -- adding Dexter and Dell. The DK version of Dell is quite nice and the DK Version of Dexter is a little different than the airing version.

However, it took me forever to track down who was responsible for these magnificent titles.
Is there any standard database of title credits?

Sadly, no. It is tough for us in the business to track down who does what.
I check out Motionographer (www.motionographer.com) who keeps track of who does what. Doesn't catch everything but pretty much all the big stuff gets caught. They have a listing of companies on the left that flag the top companies in the motion graphics field.
